• We continuously invest in training and knowledge development. All colleagues follow general training on working safely with high voltage. Colleagues who work with electric components also follow two specialist training courses.

• We organise practical toolbox meetings to discuss experiences, risks and working methods.

• We define clear work processes, tasks, responsibilities and practical instructions for everyone working with high voltage.

• We use the right PPE (personal protective equipment), so colleagues have extra protection if something does go wrong.

This way, everyone knows what is expected of them. Safe working is not a separate rule, but a natural part of daily practice.
